“十四五”期間，班超集團(tuán)通過政府審批立項(xiàng)，開始了為期 5 年共投資112億元的十三師新星市第一個(gè)鎂基產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展循環(huán)利用產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè)，項(xiàng)目建設(shè)完成后，預(yù)計(jì)可實(shí)現(xiàn)年產(chǎn)值300億元、年稅收40億元。鎂基產(chǎn)業(yè)園的主要原料來源和產(chǎn)品附屬品消納可在二道湖工業(yè)園區(qū)及周邊完成，形成真正的綠色循環(huán)利用。整個(gè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)分三期，目前已經(jīng)進(jìn)入二期的中段建設(shè)。集團(tuán)以此項(xiàng)目為依托，正大力發(fā)展上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈相關(guān)投資合作，形成以加工蘭炭的尾氣為燃料煉鎂電、光電綠色清潔能源”的完整鎂產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。

After the completion of the project, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 30 billion yuan and annual tax revenue of 4 billion yuan. The main raw material sources and product accessories consumption of magnesium based industrial park can be completed in and around Erdaohu Industrial Park, forming a real green recycling. The whole project is divided into three phases, and has entered the middle phase of the second phase. Relying on this project, the Group is vigorously developing investment cooperation related to the upstream and downstream industrial chain, and forming a complete magnesium industrial chain with the exhaust gas of processing carbon as fuel for smelting magnesia electricity and photoelectric green clean energy.
